Who this applies to: Anyone who creates a public listing on discover.rewearth.org for a Shop, Charity, Event Organiser, or Creator/Influencer (“Vendor”, “you”).

1) Scope and basics
- ReWearth is a directory and discovery platform. We publish your listing so people can find you.
- Any transactions, bookings, donations, or collaborations that happen off-site are between you and the other party.
- You are responsible for your legal compliance and for the accuracy of your listing.
By using the discover.rewearth.org platform, you confirm:
- You understand ReWearth is a directory and not a party to any agreement you make off the platform.
- You are 18+ and authorised to create this listing for your organisation or brand.
2. Listing accuracy and ownership
- List only information, images, and logos that you own or are licensed to use.
- Describe your offering truthfully. If details change, update or unpublish your listing.
- Do not upload deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
By using the discover.rewearth.org platform, you confirm:
- You own or have permission to use the images, logos, and text that you upload.
- Your listing is accurate and not misleading.
3. Contact details and visibility
- Fields marked public are visible on the internet and may be indexed by search engines.
- Share only the contact details you are comfortable making public.
- If you add a street address, you consent to it being shown publicly unless you hide it in your settings.

- You understand that public fields are visible online and may be indexed or shared.
4. Category-specific responsibilities
Shops
- Be clear about price ranges, opening hours, and services (try-ons, alterations, pickup or courier).
- Honour any policies you publish.
Charities
- Be transparent about what you accept, how donations are used, and any drop-off rules.
Event organisers
- This category is for organiser profiles. List typical areas served, cadence, and formats.
- Only list specific dates if you are using the “one-off event” option. Cancelled or changed dates must be updated.
Creators/Influencers
- Follow advertising disclosure rules. If you promote paid or gifted partnerships, disclose them clearly on your channels.
- Focus on values-aligned content: secondhand, repair, upcycling, and slow fashion.

- You meet the responsibilities for your selected category.
5. Prohibited conduct
- No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
- No scams, fake reviews, link farms, or auto-generated spam.
- No illegal items or services.
By using the discover.rewearth.org platform, you confirm:
- You will not upload prohibited content or engage in abusive behaviour.
6. Images and promotion permission
You grant ReWearth a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your listing and to feature your public images, title, and description in ReWearth marketing (site, social, newsletter) to promote the directory, including the replubishing of any and all content from your public social platofrms, such as, Facebook, Instagram, your website, and other related social channels.
We will not publish private contact details that are not already public on your listing.
By using the discover.rewearth.org platform, you confirm:
- You grant ReWearth permission to feature your public listing content, and all as per described above, for promotion of the directory.
7. Packages, payments, and invoices (if applicable)
- Featured or paid packages are handled via our payment processor. ReWearth does not store full card data.
- Packages cover directory exposure only. They do not guarantee sales, bookings, or attendance.
- If your listing breaches these Terms, we may remove it without refund.
By using the discover.rewearth.org platform, you confirm:
- You understand what your package includes and that directory exposure is not a performance guarantee.
8. Moderation and removals
- We may edit, unlist, or remove content that violates these Terms or our Safety Guidelines.
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, scams, or repeated violations.
- We may request proof for claims you make in your listing.

- You understand that your listing may be moderated or removed if it violates these Terms.
9. Reviews and feedback (if enabled)
- Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
- Do not post reviews of your own listing or offer incentives for positive reviews.

- You will not manipulate reviews or feedback.
10. Data, analytics, and cookies
- We use analytics, email delivery, security, and hosting providers to operate and improve the platform.

- You have read and accept the Privacy Policy.
11) Safety and off-platform dealings
- Meet in public places where relevant and use common-sense safety practices.
- ReWearth is not liable for loss, damage, or disputes that arise off the platform.
- Report scams or unsafe behaviour to swap@rewearth.org with screenshots and links.

- You take responsibility for off-platform dealings and will report unsafe behaviour.
12) Inactive listings and accounts
- We may archive or delete listings and accounts that are inactive for an extended period.
- Archived listings can be reinstated on request if still compliant. Deleted content cannot be recovered.

- You understand inactive or non-compliant listings may be archived or deleted.
13) Changes and termination
- We may update these Terms. The latest version will appear on this page.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations or misuse.
